There will be 2 groups for this discussion.

Group A (Last names A – J): Your discussion should include some of the advantages of social media use for the healthcare professional. Be sure to include some strategies for not violating HIPPA. Examples are encouraged. Explain any instances of bullying and incivility you have observed or been subject to in nursing school and your two reasons why you think it occurs.

Group B (Last names K – Z): Your discussion should include some of the pitfalls of using social media as a healthcare professional. Include some strategies for avoiding these pitfalls. Examples are encouraged. Explain any instances of bullying and incivility you have observed or been subject to in nursing school and list two strategies to deal with the problem.
