Responding to Leadership

Reflect on these topics as you post a response  to the following:

·         Do you think there is a significant difference between management and leadership? Or is it acceptable to use the terms interchangeably? Explain your reasoning. Do you think it is possible to respond well to one and not the other? Explain.

·         Reflect on the various leadership styles, and conduct additional research on the topic of leadership styles. Then identify and discuss one particular leadership style that you believe you respond well to in other leaders. Explain why you respond well to this. Is it also a style you believe you can (or do) adopt yourself as a leader?
