WORK BREAKDOWN AND PLANNING ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS
OVERVIEW
As you continue to move forward with the development of the plan for the scholarly, it is
essential to be intentional as to the steps necessary to see the project come to fruition. It is
important to identify who can and will support you, the type of support needed by key
individuals, timeframes and other details that will support success of the project.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Select five articles pertaining to your phenomenon of interest that you will add to the
synthesis matrix developed in assignment two. Report on the additional articles using the
synthesis matrix template. Please only submit the five additional articles as a part of this
assignment (in other words do not resubmit the entire matrix from assignment two, just
the five additional articles).
2. Phase 1: Reproduce the table entitled: Cover Page and Approvals in a MS Word
document. Complete the form as much as you can based on the information you have.
Much of the information may be the same or like what was included in the Scholarly
Project Pre-approval Form.
3. Phase 2: Reproduce the table entitled: Work Breakdown Structure in a MS Word
document. Complete the table based on the reading and what you want to accomplish in
your proposed scholarly project. This will create structure for the translation plan and
have you critically think about your project. Fully develop the purpose and the aims. You
may add aims as needed to align with your project. Include a title page and reference list
using current APA format.
