Team Experience Presentation
This analysis is directly connected to your team presentation experience. The purpose of this analysis is to provide you with the opportunity to critically examine your experience and connect it to the learning objectives of the course. The analysis will include four levels that will encourage critical thinking and offer a guide to processing your experience. These levels are objective, reflective, interpretive, and decisional. You must thoroughly answer the questions and provide examples where indicated.
Include in your paper a discussion of how a Christian worldview contributes to team development. The text of your paper, excluding the title page and reference must be 6 pages long; typed in 12-point font; double-spaced with 1-inch margins on all sides; page numbers in upper right corner; printed in black ink on white paper, sections clearly noted.
Additionally, provide an APA (latest edition) cover sheet that includes: your name, the course name/number and section number, and a reference page. Use your course text as a primary reference including the media library journal articles and business cases, properly cited.
- Objective: This part of your analysis will include descriptions of your concrete learning experience. Be sure to include your identified learning objectives from the syllabus and terminology from the text.
- Reflective: This part of your analysis will focus on how you perceived your team presentation experience. Please provide a context for this by providing examples from your experience. How do they connect to the premises of OB behavior?
- Interpretive: This part of your analysis will focus on what you learned from your experience. What did you learn? Did you accomplish your learning goals and objectives? Why? Why not? What did you think about it? Did your experience make you change the way you thought about a particular issue? What worked, and what didn’t? Did you learn anything in particular that you didn’t know? Why was your experience important? How is this experience connected to your coursework? Can you use what you learned in other ways?
- Decisional: This part of your analysis will explore how you will incorporate your new knowledge for the successful formation and development of a self-organizing team. What decisions have you made based on your experience? Have you changed any of your beliefs or opinions? What would you do differently next time? How has this experience affected your career path, your personal life choices, or your use of new information, skills or technology? How are you going to use this new knowledge in the future?
