Developing an Evidence-Based Proposal: Foundations to Study Assignment

During the past few weeks of the course the opportunity has been to use the Iowa Model as a conceptual framework to guide the development of an evidence-based practice project. A trigger was identified (from the scenario provided), a PICO/clinical question developed, a brief review of the literature was conducted, the literature was evaluated as to its strength (Melnyk’s framework) and the information from the articles was synthesized. In this assignment the next steps will be taken to start the development of an evidence-based practice proposal. What will you do with the steps developed to date and move forward with” this is what I plan on DOING”?
