INSTRUCTIONS:

FIRST OF ALL, I WILL GIVE YOU AN EXAMPLE OF HOW A CASE STUDY LOOKS LIKE SO YOU CAN HAVE AN ILUSTRATION.
Created a case study about: COPING WITH STRESS OF SURGERY ; like this is going to be your topic.
Incorporate cultural competencies, you could include the patient’s race, ethnic, or religious background. For example, maybe you could include in the case study a patient who has certain cultural practices that he/she needs/wants to fulfill throughout their day and how that pertains to your topic. Make sure this is pertinent to med-surg nursing and not mother/baby, pediatrics, etc. You will just be making this whole case study up from scratch. Again, be creative!
You need to include 3 resources for the case study… I will give you one and you look for two more. Needs to be reliable sources. AVOID .COM uses (scholarly sources)
In addition to the case study, you need to make 3 questions and answered it as well.
