What Do You Need to Know as a Manager or Owner of a Retail Store? 

Assume you are a manager of a retail store, e.g., GAP or Stop & Shop. What kind of decisions do you need to make when you manage the daily operation of your store? What kind of information do you need when you make those decisions? How would you get the information you need?
