  1. This assignment will be written in current APA format and style and will also include a title page, introduction and literature review sections of the proposal, levels of evidence matrix, and other appendices as available and appropriate at the time of the writing of the document.\n

    • Signature page<\/li>\n
    • Table of Contents (TOC)\u2014to develop the TOC use the Microsoft Word TOC tool. This will ensure your page numbers and headings can be easily moved in the paper as you edit and develop the paper.
