When planning an evidence-based practice project, there are many considerations from an <\/span>
organizational standpoint. A particular project may seem like a good idea to you but if there is no <\/span>
stakeholder buy in the organization is not ready for a change, or the timing is not right then <\/span>
implementation of a project may not be possible. As a result, it is important for the project leader <\/span>
to carefully examine and evaluate the readiness for implementation across the setting. teamwork <\/span>
and the identification of potential barriers are also important considerations.<\/span>

After completing the assigned chapter reading for Module 3: Week 3, reflect on the topic you <\/span>

will be necessary for your project to have a successful translation of the outcomes <\/span>
into the practice setting. Discuss the importance of organizational culture and climate <\/span>
that are foundational in supporting the dissemination\/translation of evidence into the <\/span>
practice setting. Provide comprehensive responses and provide examples. <\/span>
2.<\/span> Based on the reading discuss what barriers to translation of evidence you could <\/span>
encounter in the organization and\/or practice setting. Prioritize the barriers to <\/span>
translation and provide possible solutions to addressing the barriers. Provide <\/span>
comprehensive response and provide examples. <\/span>
3.<\/span> Identify potential ethical and\/or legal considerations you may have to address in <\/span>
regard to the implementation and dissemination of your project outcomes into the <\/span>
practice setting. Discuss how this aligns with the biblical worldview as a Christian <\/span>
nurse with the DNP credential. (for example, does the biblical worldview support or <\/span>
conflict with the ANA Code of Ethics?)<\/span>
4.<\/span> Use 3-5 additional resources in addition to the assigned reading to add to the narrative <\/span>
