This project is broken up\u00a0into phases, and in each phase each team member gets to pick a section to write about. However, we are on phase 3 which is\u00a0the\u00a0HCO Organizational Operations & Strategies<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0phase. I attached files\u00a0for phase 1 & 2, so you\u2019ll have a better understanding\u00a0of what we have completed so far.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Team Phase Three: HCO Organizational Operations & Strategies<\/strong><\/u><\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n

Overview:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0\u00a0In this phase you will explore the organization\u2019s operations to help in identifying one or more areas exhibiting weakness or threats for further analysis (consistent with situational analysis in Phase 2). \u00a0<\/p>\n

The tasks I chose to write about in this phase is the “Marketing Issues, and\u00a0Human Resource Aspects” of the C. W. Williams Community Center: A Community Asset Case Study.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n
