Choose a performance objective from the ELA Common Core State Standards to create the content objective for your lesson.<\/p>\n<p>Select the English language proficiency standards based on the needs of your students. Consider applicable language acquisition stages of development in designing your lesson plan.<\/p>\n<p>Integrate the following:<\/p>\n<p>1. Lesson Preparation<\/p>\n<p>2. Building Background<\/p>\n<p>3. Comprehensible Input<\/p>\n<p>4. Strategies<\/p>\n<p>5. Interaction<\/p>\n<p>6. Practice &amp; Application<\/p>\n<p>7. Lesson Delivery<\/p>\n<p>8. Review &amp; Assessment<\/p>\n<p>APA format is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.<\/p>\n<p>This assignment uses a rubric.
