Discussion the assumptions you made in applying the <\/strong>Model of Grand Strategy Clusters<\/strong><\/em> to the Coca-Cola Company (i.e., rapid vs. slow growth; weak vs strong competitive position).<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Finally, apply the <\/strong>BCG Matrix<\/strong><\/em> (Slide 10) to Coca-Cola\u2019s core \u00a0strategic choices. Again, discuss your assumptions for choosing, e.g., \u00a0high versus low market share). Is Coca-Cola a Dog, Cash Cow, Star, or \u00a0Question Mark?<\/strong><\/li>\n
