The VP of human resource management has \u00a0asked you to present a PowerPoint presentation to upper management to \u00a0discuss your findings. These include:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Culture in a global environment.<\/li>\n<li>Performance management systems.<\/li>\n<li>Training to improve expatriate performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to presenting data of the \u00a0previous assignments, the vice president of human resource management \u00a0also wants you to discuss a compensation strategy that would support \u00a0international operations in your company and to identify two or three \u00a0key strategies your company could use to enhance ethical behavior, labor \u00a0relations, and work conditions.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4>Instructions<\/h4>\n<p>Create a 10\u201315 slide PowerPoint in which you:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Address concerns from prior assignment feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Summarize what you have learned about blending different cultures in a global corporation.<\/li>\n<li>Summarize the factors of a performance management system for a global corporation.<\/li>\n<li>Outline a training plan for employees on international assignments. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul>\n<li>Include training for pre-assignment, during the assignment, and post-assignment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Recommend compensation strategies that support international operations.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend 2\u20133 strategies that enhance ethics, labor relations, and work conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements: \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul>\n<li>Format the PowerPoint presentation with headings on each slide \u00a0and one relevant graphic (photograph, graph, clip art, etc.).
