Describe your approach to \u00a0leading change, as well as the psychological processes of the employees \u00a0undergoing this change.<\/p>\n<p>There are 8 Steps<\/p>\n<p>1. Create-a sense of urgency.<\/p>\n<p>2. Pull together the team. Build a guiding coalition<\/p>\n<p>3. Communicate to understanding and buy in. Form a strategic vision and initiatives<\/p>\n<p>4. Empower others to act. Enlist a volunteer army<\/p>\n<p>5. Enable action by removing barriers<\/p>\n<p>6. Generate. Produce short term units.<\/p>\n<p>7. Don&#8217;t let up. Sustain acceleration<\/p>\n<p>8. Create-a new culture.
