Interview Project Final Research Paper<\/p>\n
The interview that you completed in Week 3 provides the background information for your final project. To support your work, you will also include a literature review. You will need at least three scholarly journal articles. Use attached 3 articles for your literature review. When researching information for your literature review you also will need to incorporate one or more of the following factors.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Similarities and differences in development according to gender, ethnicity, and socially derived groups.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Age-appropriate milestones and anomalies.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Impact of interpersonal factors (e.g., social roles and relationships) during early and middle adulthood.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 The nature of stress, coping, and resistance in the context of varied environments.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 The importance of identity in the context of work.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 The nature of adult identity and the importance of reflection (that is, meaning of life) during adulthood.<\/p>\n
Sections of the final project will include the following.<\/p>\n
Title page
\n Abstract (summary of the research paper)<\/p>\n
The introduction section should include:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 An introduction to adult development based on your course and text readings<\/p>\n
\u00b7 The purpose of the paper<\/p>\n
The literature review section should include:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 A review and analysis of the scholarly journal articles<\/p>\n
The methods section should include:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 The proposed participants and age group (leave out any personal information)<\/p>\n
\u00b7 The questions used<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Setting (1:1 interview)<\/p>\n
The Results section of your project should include:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 General information, such as the setting (time and place) of the interviews<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Answers to the demographic and interview questions<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Applicable quotes from the interviewees that highlight your analysis<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Do not include any information that identifies any interviewee\u2019s name, address, and relationship with you.<\/p>\n
The Discussion section of your final project should include:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 An analysis of the normative and non-normative life events of each of the individuals interviewed<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Comparing and contrasting between each interview,<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Examining central themes in the normative and non-normative life events<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Concluding remarks regarding the interviews<\/p>\n
