In a 20-slide PowerPoint presentation, not including the \u00a0title and references slides:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Conduct a needs assessment for your proposed training program. This should include both a person and a task analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Develop SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and \u00a0Timely) training objectives based on the needs assessment and any \u00a0assumptions you may need to make.<\/li>\n<li>Create an original, detailed training proposal. This should include:<br \/>\u00a0\n<ul>\n<li>A title and description of the program.<\/li>\n<li>A discussion of training methods to be used, and a rationale (justification) for using them, based on training theory.<\/li>\n<li>Proposed instructors and the reason for using them.<\/li>\n<li>A tentative training outline.<\/li>\n<li>A tentative list and description of training materials needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Develop a plan for evaluation of training effectiveness including both short-term and long-term evaluation where appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Your presentation must be formatted according to APA style as \u00a0outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.
