She would like to know how other companies in the area have handled their schedule changes in the past to determine if their change model is applicable to this situation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Review\u00a0<\/strong>the discussion with the\u00a0organization you contacted in Week 5, and consider whether you would use any of the strategies to implement a new rotating work schedule.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prepare<\/strong>\u00a0a 12-\u00a0to 15-slide presentation (e.g. Microsoft PowerPoint, Prezi\u00ae, etc.) to build a business case\u00a0for your boss and your organization\u2019s leadership team. Your presentation should include\u00a0speaker notes,\u00a0and ensure you do\u00a0the following:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze the change requested by your boss:\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Analyze the impact of this change to the bottom line (profit, productivity, and expenses).<\/li>\n<li>Analyze the desired result or goal.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Analyze who will be affected by the change.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Analyze the change management approach(es) used by the company you interviewed in Week 5.<\/li>\n<li>Identify the company you chose to interview for your research.<\/li>\n<li>Discuss the approach(es) the company used to make a change in the past.
