In this case, the rhetorical mode is a narrative, so\u00a0the key narrative elements\u2014purpose, action, conflict, point of view, key events, and dialogue\u2014need to be considered. Here is a great, brief <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/owl.purdue.edu\/owl\/general_writing\/the_writing_process\/proofreading\/revising_for_cohesion.html\"><u>resource\u00a0(Links to an external site.)<\/u><\/a> from the Purdue Online Writing Lab that breaks the revision process down into manageable steps.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Format<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your revised\u00a0draft should be\u00a0<strong>at least\u00a01,000\u00a0words<\/strong>. Also, after revising your\u00a0draft, write a paragraph explaining the revisions you made to your draft from last week(attached in the uploads) Every slip is not fall; mention both global and local revisions. <strong>(This paragraph does not count toward your word count. Your work needs to be at least 1,000 words!)<\/strong>\u00a0Add this to the end of the draft(attached in the uploads)and label it &#8220;Revision Explanation.&#8221;\u00a0 Your work should be in standard\u00a0APA\u00a0format. No outside research should be used for this work.
