It is often in need of updating based on the contemporary and\/or political <\/span><br class=\"textLayer--absolute\" role=\"presentation\" \/><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">context. DNP and PhD nurses both bring different yet complimentary perspectives to policy <\/span><br class=\"textLayer--absolute\" role=\"presentation\" \/><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">enactment and revision. <\/span><br class=\"textLayer--absolute\" role=\"presentation\" \/><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">I<\/span><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">NSTRUCTIONS<\/span><br class=\"textLayer--absolute\" role=\"presentation\" \/><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">You will be assembled by the professor into teams and work as a group to propose new policy or <\/span><br class=\"textLayer--absolute\" role=\"presentation\" \/><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">policy change for a contemporary health-related public policy or professional clinical practice-<\/span><br class=\"textLayer--absolute\" role=\"presentation\" \/><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">related policy issue impacting advanced nursing practice. This is a 2-part, 2-week, group <\/span><br class=\"textLayer--absolute\" role=\"presentation\" \/><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">assignment. For this first part of the project, you will write a 3\u20134-page paper together. The paper <\/span><br class=\"textLayer--absolute\" role=\"presentation\" \/><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">should identify an area for domestic or global health policy development or change and include <\/span><br class=\"textLayer--absolute\" role=\"presentation\" \/><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">strong, compelling rationale supporting need for the policy enactment or change. At least 8 <\/span><br class=\"textLayer--absolute\" role=\"presentation\" \/><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">references in support of the topic must be provided in current APA format.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Module 6 Content<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Foundations of health policy creation and analysis will be explored.
