In the matrix you want to list the common scheduling methodologies, \u00a0and evaluate them to determine which works best for Kibby and Strand’s \u00a0operational process.\u00a0 You can find the various scheduling methodologies \u00a0using research and the most common ones are listed in Table 16.3 on page \u00a0702 of the textbook.\u00a0 Based on how Kibby and Strand prioritizes \u00a0production orders for its contracts, a couple of these methodologies \u00a0will stand out as better.\u00a0 Basically, you taking the reading from \u00a0Chapters 5 and 6 and coupling that with research and Table 16.3 to build \u00a0a matrix to evaluate various production scheduling methodologies.<\/p>\n
