In Topic 3, you were asked to take this process a step further \u00a0and identify themes found in the three articles and to complete a \u00a0synthesis worksheet where the themes were supported by evidence from \u00a0each article. In this assignment, you will build on your worksheet \u00a0efforts and write a paper about the three themes. The narrative will not \u00a0only present the evidence from the articles to support the identified \u00a0themes, but also will provide an analysis for each theme by synthesizing \u00a0the information collected.<\/p>\n<p><strong>General Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Locate the Synthesis Worksheet you completed in Topic 3.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Locate and download &#8220;Synthesis Paper Template&#8221; from the Course Materials for this topic.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Review the articles by Baker &amp; Pifer (2011), Gardner (2009), and \u00a0Smith &amp; Hatmaker (2014) located in the Course Materials for this \u00a0topic.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>This assignment uses a rubric. Review the rubric prior to beginning \u00a0the assignment to become familiar with the expectations for successful \u00a0completion.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Using the Synthesis Worksheet you completed in Topic 3 and \u00a0considering the themes you developed and the feedback provided by your \u00a0instructor, write a paper (1,000-1,250 words) that synthesizes the three \u00a0articles.
