Review the literature for your chosen problem and identify potential interventions.<\/p>\n<h3>Learning Outcomes<\/h3>\n<p>After completing this module, you will be able to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apply review of evidence-based practice literature to an existing opportunity to improve nursing practice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Reading &amp; Resources<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Consider the work of the Institute of Medicine,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nap.edu\/catalog.php?record%20id=12956\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i>The future of nursing: Leading change, advancing health<\/i><\/a>. This reference will be used throughout the course to inform weekly discussions in addition to your final project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Learning Activities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Literature Review:<\/strong>\u00a0Complete an Individualized review of the literature &#8211; Including at least 10 articles this week.<\/li>\n<li><b>Discussions:\u00a0<\/b>Participate in Discussion 2.<\/li>\n<li><b>Assignment<\/b>: Complete &amp; Submit Assignment 1.Click on the Assignment 1 link in this module for more details.<\/li>\n<li><b>Practice Experiences:\u00a0<\/b>Complete the assigned course practice experience activities as approved by the faculty of record. You will need to complete approximately 16-18 practice experience hours each week of this course.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>Discussion 2<\/h2>\n<div id=\"intro\" class=\"box py-3 generalbox\">\n<div class=\"no-overflow\">\n<p>Discuss your evidence-based quality improvement project chosen in conjunction with your preceptor &amp; your course faculty. Your description should clearly identify the background leading to your choice of this project with literature support for your choice. Include a description of the organization &amp; your role within the organization.\u00a0 Who are the key individuals for whom you will share your project &amp; what approvals will you need to implement your project at a later time?
