{"id":16425,"date":"2021-11-17T08:43:13","date_gmt":"2021-11-17T08:43:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/assignmenttutors.net\/blog\/?p=16425"},"modified":"2021-11-17T08:43:13","modified_gmt":"2021-11-17T08:43:13","slug":"negligence-risks-and-liabilities-final-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/assignmenttutors.net\/blog\/negligence-risks-and-liabilities-final-project\/","title":{"rendered":"Negligence Risks and Liabilities- Final Project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Part I. \u00a0Risks and Liabilities<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>A.\u00a0 Analyze and discuss two (2) areas of business law that present the greatest potential risks and liabilities for the Clean business, from among these areas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Negligence related to any business operations<\/li>\n<li>Negligence related specifically to premises liability<\/li>\n<li>Strict product liability related to the use of EPI products for Clean services<\/li>\n<li>Strict product liability related specifically to the resale of EPI products<\/li>\n<li>Contracts with employees<\/li>\n<li>Contracts for the sale of goods with clients<\/li>\n<li>Agency law and contracts with any Clean agents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For\u00a0<b>EACH<\/b>\u00a0of the two (2) areas of the law selected from the above list, you must:<\/p>\n<p><strong>(1).\u00a0 Provide a background explanation of the area of law, e.g., negligence, contracts for the sale of goods, etc. (be detailed and specific so any reader can understand the meaning of the specific area of law)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>(2).\u00a0 Analyze and explain the specific potential risks and liabilities presented by the area of law and\u00a0<em>why and how<\/em>\u00a0each area of law creates vulnerability for Clean<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>(3).\u00a0 Provide a specific example of\u00a0<em>why and how<\/em>\u00a0the potential risks and liabilities could arise for each area of law for the Clean business<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Minimum of 3 paragraphs for\u00a0<b>EACH<\/b>\u00a0of the two areas of risks and liabilities you choose to discuss (total of 6 paragraphs, minimum)<\/p>\n<p>Citations required :\u00a0Remember to use in-text citations in the narrative for all reference works and full citations on a separate Resources page.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Part II.\u00a0 Legal Counsel<\/b><\/p>\n<p>During the past eight weeks, we have discussed and emphasized the importance of the Clean owners seeking business advice from TLG and the importance of Clean &#8211;\u00a0 and every business &#8211;\u00a0 seeking legal counsel from an attorney for various aspects of business operations.<\/p>\n<p>In Part II, you are to reflect on your experience in consulting with the Clean owners, your research and analysis, and make the following recommendations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A.\u00a0 Evaluate and explain\u00a0why you recommend that the Clean owners seek legal counsel with an attorney for any\u00a0 &#8211; or all &#8211; aspects of its business operations, i.e., contract writing, procedures to protect against negligence risks, recruitment policies, etc.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Explain and support the rationale for your recommendation specifically, in detail and comprehensively, using examples, personal experience(s), etc.<\/li>\n<li>Consider specific areas of business operations for which it is particularly important to seek legal counsel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0 There is no single correct answer; the detailed, specific rationale and support for your recommendation is most important.<\/p>\n<p>It is not necessary to cite resources in Part II for your personal opinion, but you must include a citation each time you do use information from a specific resource (i.e., from assigned course materials) to support your conclusions.<\/p>\n<p>Minimum of 3 paragraphs<\/p>\n<p><b>Format<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><b>Report<\/b><\/p>\n<p>TO:\u00a0 Winnie James, Ralph Anders<\/p>\n<p>FROM:\u00a0(your name)<\/p>\n<p>RE:\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Clean risks and liabilities<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Part I.
