The Marketing Analytics Report:<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is an INDIVIDUAL Assignment.<\/p>\n

  1. Create an organisation to be the basis of your assignment. This should be a planned start-up business based on your own idea for a new good or service.<\/li>\n
  2. Prepare an annual budget to include cash budget, forecast income statement and forecast statement of financial position. This task is worth 30% of the marks for this assignment.<\/li>\n
  3. Critically evaluate the long-term viability of your business, identifying those business processes that are critical for business success. This task is worth 30% of the marks for this assignment.<\/li>\n
  4. Design a set of marketing analytics to monitor, control and develop the organisation. This task is worth 30% of the marks for this assignment.<\/li>\n
  5. Give a critical reflection on your own learning processes during the module. This task is worth 10% of the marks for this assignment. It does not count towards the word count (see Word limit section <\/strong>below) and should be no more than 500 words.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Guidance on assignment contents<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Your report should contain the following:<\/p>\n

    1. Background to the business and assumptions for chosen organisation.<\/li>\n
    2. Estimated monthly cash inflows and outflows for the year<\/li>\n
    3. Estimated income statement for the year<\/li>\n
    4. Forecast statement of financial position one year hence<\/li>\n
    5. Identification and justification of critical marketing processes<\/li>\n
    6. Recommended metrics and control mechanisms in respect of critical marketing processes<\/li>\n
    7. Overall evaluation of the long-term viability of the business<\/li>\n
    8. A reflection and critique of your learning processes during the module and the assignment<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Marking Criteria<\/h1>\n
