You are responsible for creating an Executive Summary to present to GDS Senior Management and identifying reports that will be most useful to the project team and stakeholders across the project lifecycle, including closing reports, tools and techniques to remediate slippage within the project schedule.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Using a<strong>\u00a0Word document,\u00a0<\/strong>analyze the various project reports provided in<strong>\u00a0MS Project Software\u00a0<\/strong>deemed most useful to use\u00a0<em>across the project lifecycle<\/em>. Create an<strong>\u00a0Executive Summary with high-level details of the project to present to GDS Senior Management.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide a brief explanation of why each report is important to the performance of the project.<\/li>\n<li>Using\u00a0<strong>Microsoft Project<\/strong>, create the\u00a0<strong>Slippage Report<\/strong>\u00a0by selecting the \u201cIn Progress\u201d tab under \u201cReports.\u201d Explain three strategies that could help get the project back on track.<\/li>\n<li>Create an\u00a0<strong>Executive Summary<\/strong>\u00a0to present to GDS Senior Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 The Project Manager for GDS is ready to prepare documentation for the closing phase of the project.
