Do A\u2019s expenditures affect the outcome? What about b\u2019s expendi- tures? Can you use these results to test the hypothesis in part (ii)?<\/p>\n<p>(iv)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Estimate a model that directly gives the\u00a0<em>t\u00a0<\/em>statistic for testing the hypothesis in part (ii). What do you conclude?
