No issues after treatment.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Drug Hx<\/strong>Rosuvastatin 20 mg<br \/>Olmesartan 20 mg\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Subjective<\/strong><br \/>Fever and chills, no changes in vision or hearing, no difficulty chewing or swallowing. No sexually active, nocturia, dysuria.<br \/>Yellowish urethral secretion.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>VS<\/strong>B\/P 150\/96; Pulse 89; RR 16; Temp 99.4; Ht 6,1; wt 180;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>General <\/strong>well-developed male, no acute distress\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>HEENT <\/strong>Atraumatic, normocephalic, PERRLA, EOMI, arcus senilus bilaterally, conjunctiva and sclera clear, nares patent, nasopharynx clear, edentulous.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Abdominal <\/strong>No tenderness normoactive bowel sounds x 4;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Rectal examination <\/strong>Warm, swollen and painful prostate gland\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Integumentary <\/strong>good skin turgor noted, moist mucous membranes\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0answer the following questions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>What other subjective data would you obtain?<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>What other objective findings would you look for?<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>What diagnostic examination do you want to order?<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Name 3 differential diagnoses based on this patient presenting symptoms?<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Give rationales for your each differential diagnosis.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>What teachings will you provide?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>at least 500 words ( 2 complete pages of content) formatted and cited in current APA style 7 ed \u00a0with support from at least 3 academic sources which need to be journal articles or books from 2019 up to now.
