Compare and contrast &#8220;Lawful\/Effective Policing&#8221; and what the author calls &#8220;Rightful Policing&#8221;.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><em><strong>b. Which do yo think is the best way to measure our law enforcement system in the US?
