Save the report.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>With \u00a0\u00a0the Job Cost by Category Report displayed in Layout view, select the Job Cost \u00a0\u00a0label control, the Job Cost text box controls that display a truncated # \u00a0\u00a0symbol, and the calculated controls for the total Job Cost that display a \u00a0\u00a0truncated # symbol, and the calculated control for the Grand Total that \u00a0\u00a0displays a truncated # symbol. Change the width of the selected controls to <strong>1<\/strong> inch, and set the Left property to <strong>6<\/strong> inches. Save the report.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>With \u00a0\u00a0the Job Cost by Category Report displayed in Layout view, change the text in \u00a0\u00a0the label control that displays Sum to <strong>Total Job Cost by \u00a0\u00a0Category<\/strong>. \u00a0\u00a0For the same control, set the Left Property to <strong>3.5<\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0inches and the width to <strong>2.1<\/strong>. \u00a0\u00a0At the bottom of the report, change the width of the Grand Total label \u00a0\u00a0control to <strong>1<\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0inch. Align the right edges of the two selected controls. Save the \u00a0\u00a0report.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Display \u00a0\u00a0the Job Cost by Category Report in Print Preview as two pages, and notice how \u00a0\u00a0the groupings break across the pages. Display the report in Layout view, and \u00a0\u00a0then open the Group, Sort, and Total pane.
