This is to be accomplished by procuring the same-breed cows and feeding them with naturally grown fodder, and by using the appropriate techniques and world-class equipment’s for production. This project is divided into four different phases and they are described as follows:

2. Obtain the required equipment’s needed for production purposes
3. Constructing a risk analysis and management strategy

Phase 2
1. Procure cows of the same breed and make sure that they are fed with naturally grown fodder
2. Hire farmers and laborers
3. Buy vehicles for delivering finished products to retail stores

Phase 3
1. Use the equipment’s procured in Phase 1, convert the raw milk that is obtained from cows to processed and consumable milk as well as organic milk
2. Use the processed milk to make other dairy products, more specifically curd, butter, cheese and ice cream

Phase 4
1. Develop a good and strategic marketing plan for the promotion of the products
2. Develop a suitable packaging plan to deliver the finished products

Critical Success Factors
1. Set up a plant in one year
2. Procurement of same-breed cows and hiring farmers.
3. Start production of milk on the 100th day.
4. Getting approval from the R&D Department for the quality of milk
5. Establishing working relationships with customers
6. Making schedules for laborers and farmers and making sure that it is strictly followed
7. Initiating strong communication and making sure all stakeholders are on the same page

Assumptions:
1. 8 acres of land is available in Cheyyar for constructing the plant.
2. Markets are less competitive in this region, because there are no milk factories in the vicinity of Cheyyar
3. Government has sanctioned the lands with a constant source of electricity and water
4. Customers are willing to buy the finished product
