Part 2: Disease Prevention Presentation

Create a 5-10-minute narrated presentation in the medium of your choosing (Power point, Pow Toons, Adobe products, etc.) You need to include the following items in the presentation:

• Topic and identify whether it is a local, state, national or international problem
• Include relevant information from the health promotion/literacy assignment
• Discuss initiatives to support the chosen topic
• Identify whether the clinical prevention services focus on the primary, secondary and/or tertiary level of prevention. (refer to assigned reading)
• Identify which middle range nursing theory would best support the chosen topic and why?
• Include the role of the DNP in identifying gaps in care and providing preventative measure of the chosen topic.
